Infuse Some “Cool” Into Your July 4th

If you’re not celebrating Canada Day on the 1st, you’re likely celebrating its red, white and blue counterpart.

That’s right, just three days after the Canadian holiday; our stateside friends ring in Independence Day, or most commonly called the Fourth of July. Celebrations are similar, with most heading to BBQ’s, picnics, and fireworks into the night. With festivities drawing a beachy crowd, it’s easy to slip into a sarong or American Flag tee and call it a day.

But this July 4th, we challenge those celebrating to up your red, white and blue style game. You may be confined to a specific colour palette, but the sartorial opportunities in these primary hues are endless.

Denim, high-waisted skirts? Yes please! Sleeveless tuxedo vests? You got it! Don’t forget about the off-the-shoulder gems that are flying off shelves and into the closets of style stars everywhere.

So get your stars and stripes ready, because this Fourth of July will be one for the oh-so-stylish books.
