The event of the year took place in Hollywood over the weekend: let’s dive right in and say our favorite fashionistas didn’t disappoint.
Marion Cotillard, Lupita Nyong’o and Reese Witherspoon stunned in striking white gowns, each with a completely different feel. Lupita’s frock was fully adorned in pearls, while Marion played with texture and Reese opted for structure and colour-blocking.
On the opposite end of the spectrum, Dakotah Johnson, Rosamund Pike and Behati Prinsloo sizzled in bold red numbers, each dress with a distinct cut and detailing. In our opinion, every red-hot gown was a vision in its own way.
The most unique hue spotted on the carpet was undoubtedly Emma Stone, whose pale, greenish yellow embellished frock complimented her red hair to perfection.
Another standout was Naomi Watts, in the most modern dress of the evening by a landslide. The glistening Armani number was completed with cutouts on the sides and back. Hats off to her for daring to bare some skin!
